The Declaration

Having seen the errors of our ways, we contest that our government must not force people to work. That forcing work is in essence slavery, and is unjust and immoral. We may choose to own our own home; however we never fully own our own land. Our government has forced us to work in order to pay “taxes” on the land which we make our home. This is in essence slavery to our government. With this being stated, we demand that our government, local, state and federal, abolish and make illegal any attempt to tax the our home, or the land on which it is located, which is considered our primary residence.

Bring the Vote Back to Us The People

After many years of being under our “political class”, we have determined that this class, which says it wants to stop class segregation, is one of the most segregated classes to the people of this country. We have concluded that this is a government that was created “for the people, by the people” and we demand that our government uphold this most basic foundation of our society. With this being said, we demand that our government stop making decisions with popular support, which will be done via a vote. We also demand the immediate and upholding implementation of a computerized voting system, as defined later in this document.

Balance the Budget

After many attempts to create a “balanced budget” we have determined that no budget is balanced as long as you can simply raise the capitol for the budget at will. We the people demand that our federal government abolishes the current tax system, and implements a fair and balanced 4.5% federal sales tax. This sales tax will then not be able to be increased or decreased without a federal vote by the people. We declare that this is the only fair way our government can collect taxes from us, and we urge our local and state governments to follow this example. (You can see Federal Spending Worksheet for an example of what the Federal Budget should look like based on this tax system.)

Government Spending Accountability

With this, we have also learned that when an entity or person spends his whole career spending money, that they become good at spending money, and forget how to conserve money, especially when it is not their money. We do take responsibility for this, for no society is perfect. In order to defend ourselves from this, we do declare that our federal, state, and local governments must implement a standard, easy to use, and easy to monitor accounting system. That all transactions that our governments do must be accounted in this, and easily accessible by the citizens of this nation. We do understand that there are things that may not be readily available to us, for the needs of “national security”, and we will allow our government to mark things under this category, however we demand that the amount, the reason, and the person, entity or company receiving this money is accounted for within this system and reviewable by us. (This information shall and should be available within The Voting System)

Stop Federal Welfare

We declare that our federal government is not here to feed us, or feed others. Feeding us IS NOT PROTECTION! Our federal government is not here to dictate moral values, or define any standards. We the people hold this right exclusively. We declare that any and all programs, laws or procedures that are currently in place by the federal government, that supplies money, food or any other type of support not directly related to a natural disaster, is immediately stopped.

Give our States Rights Back

We demand that the Federal Governent cannot tell our states how they must dictate policy, or what laws they must pass. We do not approve of the federal government telling our local state government how to govern its people. At no time shall a politician in the federal government be allowed to tell a state what it can or cannot do. Only we, the citizens of the states, hold that privilege. The only time that this can occur is when here is immediate physical reprocussions to other citizens outside of that state, and there is a majority vote of all other citizens. - Still trying to figure out the best way to write this!?

Our government is allowed to hold a Disaster Relief Fund. Of which, all excess money that our government collects is sent to. This money will be used, and can only be used, for the immediate assistance to families that are struck by a natural disaster. This does not include people that are unable to work because they are lazy, can't find work, or lacks the ability to find work, or any other similar situation. This fund is only for entire cities, counties or communities that are struck by a natural disaster. At which time, once declared, the federal government will supply food, building supplies, and equipment to those people, and those people only, which are affected. This can only be used to rebuild the infrastructure, homes and community facilities in the affected area. The federal government shall simply provide temporary shelters that provide Fresh Water, Food, and Hygenic Services at scattered areas throughout the affected area. At no time can the government segragate what areas or people they service based upon anything other then if the area is a simi-safe area to setup and run the temporary shelters.

Stop the Bailouts

Effective immediatly, the Federal Government will stop all payouts, of any sort, to any business, in this nation or another that is not directly performing services or supplying the government with goods. The Federal Government shall not be allowed, at any time to supply capital funds to a private business. All assets that the Federal Government currently holds, will be auctioned off to the highest bidder, within our own Citizens only. This money, once all collected, will be given back to the Citizens of the United States, by the form of a check, within 3 months of the last auction. All Citizens will get an equal percentage of the money, based soly upon the number of people collecting, and the amount collected.
